Title: MSHA 30 CFR Part 46 or 48 Annual Refresher Training

Program: Mine Safety

Course Description: This 8-Hour course is designed to assist you in meeting (MSHA) 30 CFR Part 46 or Part 48 Annual Refresher requirements. Part 46 applies to shell dredging, sand, gravel, surface stone, surface clay, colloidal phosphate, and surface limestone mines. If your work is in other MSHA regulated operations or you are an independent contractor that operates in other types of mining operations, you may be required to complete Part 48 training instead.

Prerequisite: Completion of MSHA New Miner or Newly-Employed Experienced Miner Training within the preceding 12 months. When completed, your training will need to be certified by the person in your company responsible for Mine Safety and Health Training.

Registration Requirements: Tuition Fees or Credit Card Authorizations are due prior to First Day of Course. Cancellation Procedures: Classes may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met, so sign up early! A 7-Day Advance Notice will be provided in case of class cancellation.

Attendance Requirements: Students must attend 100% of the course to receive MSHA Form 5000-23 Certificate of Training
