In-Kind Sponsorships

Approved In-Kind Sponsors will receive benefits commensurate with the market value for the contribution. Examples include equipment, donated beverages, food, tote bags, pens, shirts, caps, notebooks, banner printing and event program book printing. Tote bags, pens, safety supplies, notebooks, and other materials may include your company’s branded printing.

SPONSOR REGISTRATION

FMSP’s Sixth Annual Surface Mining Emergency Response Training and Competition would not happen without the generous support of many sponsoring organizations. These donations, such as monetary support, promotional item sponsorships and in-kind donations, make the event possible. All sponsors will be recognized during the event, on our website and in our printed materials.

Payment in advance or at time of registration – NO EXCEPTIONS

Sponsor Registration Forms

The Sponsor registration deadline is February 1, 2025. This deadline is set to allow your company name to be included within our printed program. Your company name will appear exactly as you indicate on the Sponsor registration form.
