Payment in advance or at time of registration – NO EXCEPTIONS

The Florida Public Safety Institute (FPSI) has established the following uniform guidelines for Vendors:

Vendor Registration Forms

The Vendor Registration Form must be completed and returned to FPSI no later February 1, 2023. This deadline is set to allow your company name to be included within printed materials. Your company name will appear exactly as you indicate on the Vendor registration form.

The Vendor registration fee is $500.00. Vendor registration includes Vendor space and company name listed in printed materials.

SPECIAL NEEDS – To make arrangements for any of the “special needs” listed below, please contact Karen Miller, CMSP at (850) 201-7689 or millerka@tcc.fl.edu.

ELECTRICAL NEEDS — Vendors requiring special lighting or unusual electrical needs (220v lines, etc.) must make arrangements with Karen Miller, CMSP at (850) 201-7689 or millerka@tcc.fl.edu.

SHIPPING — Vendors will be responsible for all shipping, handling and storage of exhibit displays and materials. FPSI will not be responsible for such items which are lost, damaged or mishandled.

FPSI will not accept any vendor displays or materials more than five days prior to the scheduled set up dates. NOTE: All vendor materials must enter and exit the Conference Hall.

Space Allotment – Every effort will be made to allocate each vendor a 12×12 area within the Vendor Hall – space permitting. However, should your booth exceed these measurements, you will be required to purchase an additional booth. We encourage you to reserve space early in order to avoid possible exclusion from the conference.

General Security Information – While FPSI will exercise reasonable care in safeguarding vendor’s property, neither FPSI, nor any of their officers, agents or employees assumes any responsibility for such property. Security services are provided by the Tallahassee Community College Police Department overnight in the Vendor Hall during non-viewing hours.

Insurance – Vendors should include in, or have a rider attached to, their insurance policies covering the period of time from the date of shipment of merchandise/display to the conference through, and including, the return arrival date of the merchandise/display at the vendor’s home base.

ALL VENDOR DISPLAYS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE VENDOR HALL BY 2 P.M. ON
THURSDAY.
